Structure

The equipment consists of main parts such as tank body, inner tank body, sediment isolation net, lifting device, bubble generation device, etc

Operation steps

(1) Clean the water tank thoroughly and fill it with water; Inject clean water into the main tank until water overflows from the overflow outlet.

(2) Start the conveyor belt motor to ensure that the belt runs normally and in the correct direction;

(3) Start the vortex pump and inject air into the water tank, causing the water inside to churn;

(4) Open the spray pipe valve to evenly spray water onto the mesh belt;

(5) Check all operating parts and ensure normal operation before starting operation.

(6) Depending on the degree of cleaning of the material, it can be cleaned separately and then transported by the conveyor belt.

Working principle:

The material falls into the water and is stirred and cleaned by the churning water in the tank. The heavy pollutants such as sediment on the material detach and fall into the sedimentation area below the filter screen. The material gradually moves onto the conveyor belt under the push of water and is lifted out of the inner tank. After spraying and cleaning, the material is washed again and enters the following process. The washed rinse material is intercepted through a filter. During the work process, the inlet pipe and sprinkler pipe are always supplied with water, gradually replacing the sewage in the water tank.
