Pressure spray dryer is an important role in the drying equipment industry, and its application is more and more extensive. The correct installation of the pressure spray dryer is the prerequisite to ensure its normal operation, so it must be carefully installed. The following will introduce the installation procedure of pressure spray dryer:

　　1、Place the drying host in place, then connect the pipeline between the host and the heating unit, and place the heater in place;

　　2、According to the equipment layout plan, hang the cyclone separator and bag filter at the pre-set position in the factory building. First, connect the pipeline between the drying host and the cyclone separator, and then connect the pipeline between the cyclone separator and bag filter;

　　3、Connect the pipes between the hot air stove, blower, and air filter, as well as the pipes between the bag filter and the induced draft fan;

　　4、Correct the verticality between the drying host and the ground plane, and the verticality between the top of the drying host tower and the ground should not exceed 10mm;

　　5、The feeder is in place and connected to the drying host;

　　6、When connecting each pipeline, asbestos ropes or sealing strips should be embedded (silicone rubber sealing pads are required to meet GMP requirements);

　　7、Fix the fasteners at each connection until the fastener plate is tight and not loose;

　　8、Connect the circuit of the electrical cabinet, which should be firmly grounded and clearly marked (wires should be threaded through pipes or wiring boxes).

　　The installation of the pressure spray dryer is not as troublesome as expected. As long as the installation steps are strictly followed, there will be no major problems.
