Working principle of SPG graphene special spray dryer:
This machine is a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse graphene slurry into a mist and complete instant drying by fully contacting hot air, forming a very fine carbon ash powder. The air first passes through primary and medium efficiency filters, is heated by a heater, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape evenly, and can be dried into a finished product in a very short time when in direct contact with the hot air. The finished product is continuously collected by an efficient cyclone separator/bag filter.
Features of SPG Graphene spray Dryer:
(1) The drying speed is very fast. After spray, the surface area of the feed liquid increases. In the high-temperature airflow, most of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is generally about 5-30s.
(2) During the drying process, the temperature of the droplets is high and the product quality is good. The temperature range of spray drying is controllable. The exhaust temperature can be adjusted.
(3) The product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility. Due to the fact that the drying process is completed in air, the product instinctively maintains a spherical shape similar to the liquid droplet and has good fluidity.
(4) Simplify the production process and facilitate operation and control. Spray is usually used to treat the solution with 95~98% moisture content, which can be dried into powder products at one time, thus reducing the production process and simplifying the production process. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content of the product are within a certain range, and can be adjusted by changing operating conditions, making control more convenient.
