  The powder weighing system is composed of components such as a feeding station or material storage bin, a vacuum suction machine weighing device, a PLC controller, etc. It can complete the automatic feeding and batching of single material with fixed weight or multiple materials with different formulas. Widely used in industries such as medicine, food, chemicals, battery materials, building materials, metallurgy, and feed processing.

  Taking the application of powder vacuum weighing system in automatic weighing and batching of two types of materials as an example, the working principle of powder vacuum weighing system is explained. Materials A and B are stored in two separate silos. The powder vacuum weighing system starts working, the vacuum pump starts, and the spiral discharge valve A at the bottom of material A silo opens. The spiral starts, and material A is sucked into the weighing hopper. When material A reaches a certain weight, the spiral stops, and the discharge valve A closes. The remaining material in the conveying pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After being sucked clean, the weight of material B in the weighing hopper is exactly the set weight; The vacuum pump stops.

  Compared to traditional powder weighing systems, the powder vacuum weighing system has shorter process flow, high weighing accuracy and reliability, highly flexible equipment layout, and significantly reduces the height of the factory building. According to the different positions of the weighing device in the powder vacuum weighing system, various addition scales and subtraction scales can be formed to meet the different needs of customers.

  The large-scale weighing system mainly consists of a silo+dryer+mixer+weighing device mixer.

  The weighing sensor is evenly installed around the lower part of the weighing bin, directly supporting the weighing bin. The sensor changes accordingly with the weight of the material in the weighing bin, and outputs a signal that is linearly proportional to the weight of the material in the weighing bin. The HBM load cell is used here. This sensor installation structure, which is composed of a dual end weighing sensor and a parallel double suspension combination, has a unique design and self correcting function, improving the weighing accuracy of the weighing system.

  The weighing instrument is installed in the control box of the control room. The weighing instrument provides an excitation voltage (DC 10 V) to the weighing sensor, receives the signal from the weighing sensor, and after amplification, conversion, and other processing, displays the weight of the materials in the weighing bin on the screen. At the same time, the output digital (switch) or analog signal is transmitted to the PLC, which controls the opening and closing of the buffer bin feeding gate and the weighing bin unloading gate. The calibration weights are symmetrically placed on both sides of the weighing bin. It is a standard weight measuring equipment that has been certified by national standards and is precise in weight; Normally, it is separated from the weighing bin, and when necessary, it is connected to the weighing bin through a certain lifting device before being lifted. Its weight is added to the weighing bin for initial calibration and daily identification of the weighing system.

  The warehouse weight weighing control system, which is used for continuous detection, dynamic display, and real-time control of the warehouse pressure and material level in industrial weighing silos, can achieve the goal of quantitative feeding and stable storage by combining with a controllable pre feeder.
